At Sankofa Tribe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and unworn
• The item is in its original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact

Refunds, where applicable, will exclude delivery fees.

Custom-Made Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made clothing:
• Custom orders are strictly non-refundable
• Minor alterations may be offered where applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
