General

Sankofa Tribe is a Ghanaian fashion brand offering ready-to-wear and custom-made African clothing. All prices listed on our website are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian.

Orders & Payments

All orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Payments made through our website are securely processed via Paystack or Hubtel.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless stated otherwise.

Custom-Made Orders

Custom-made and tailored items are produced based on customer specifications. Due to the nature of custom work, timelines may vary and will be communicated clearly before production begins.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type and location. Ready-to-wear items typically take 3–7 working days within Ghana. Custom-made items may take longer.

Sankofa Tribe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and branding on this website belong to Sankofa Tribe and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Changes to Terms

Sankofa Tribe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.
